Nutrition Coaching takes you, your activity levels, and goals into account and sets up plan based on what will be best of you. This could mean tracking macros or working on habit change. During your initial session, we go over your goals, set up a plan, and how the plan will work.
There will be weekly check-ins where you will fill out a questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is submitted, I will review and make changes as necessary. This also includes weekly food log reviews. You will be able to access me through text or email for questions any day of the week!
